I'll be out tomorrow and on Sunday, hopefully get a nice 4 hour or so walk.

Cheers,
ClintonClinton Millardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08680122344769660202noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4649314610849910676.post-73442523443374327442013-01-18T20:59:26.723+00:002013-01-18T20:59:26.723+00:00You will be better on the cliffs than on a stair m...You will be better on the cliffs than on a stair machine! Hopefully I can fit enough training in, I think I should be okay!Clinton Millardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08680122344769660202noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4649314610849910676.post-13854084331792672582013-01-13T18:05:16.388+00:002013-01-13T18:05:16.388+00:00Having done Killi we trained on the cliffs as well...Having done Killi we trained on the cliffs as well as the gym. After we had done it we felt our training was a bit off. We did hours on the cliffs leading up to the Aquarium to the Imp weekly with back packs. However we felt that we sould have trained more on the steps at saints or St Martins point with heavy back pack 20kg+Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
